bengelbet reserves the right to request proof of age at any point in the account lifecycle — at registration, at first withdrawal, or at any subsequent time deemed appropriate. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified by bengelbet may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your Account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

2.1 Geographic Eligibility

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each individual User is permitted to hold one Account on the bengelbet platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bengelbet employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate Accounts and reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and void all associated Wagers and balances upon detection.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method details. bengelbet may request additional Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (NID, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months).

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. bengelbet strongly recommends that you use a unique, strong password and that you do not share your login details with any third party. bengelbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. 3.3 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping all Account information current and accurate. bengelbet reserves the right to void Wagers or withhold withdrawals where Account information is found to be false, misleading, or inconsistent with KYC documentation. Name changes and date-of-birth corrections require submission of supporting legal documentation to the bengelbet support team.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All transactions on the bengelbet platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bengelbet supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for users in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. 4.1 Deposits

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Processing Time: Mobile money deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your Wallet within seconds of transfer confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours during standard Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours.
• Platform Fees: bengelbet does not charge any platform fee on deposits. Standard carrier or bank fees applied by your payment provider remain the responsibility of the User.
• Deposit Limits: Users may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings in line with our Responsible Gaming Policy. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.

5. Bonus & Promotional Terms

bengelbet offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin promotions, and seasonal offers tied to Bangladesh cultural events (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, Victory Day, Independence Day, ICC tournaments). 5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per User, per household, and per device.

5.2 Free Spins

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will be credited to the specified slot game at a fixed stake value per spin as stated in the promotion. Winnings from free spins are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to the applicable wagering requirements. Free spins expire 7 days from the date of award unless a different expiry period is stated in the promotion terms.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

All Users of the bengelbet platform are required to conduct themselves in a lawful, fair, and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false or misleading information at any point during registration, verification, or communication with the bengelbet support team.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by bengelbet.
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate game outcomes, exploit platform mechanics, or share information in live dealer games in a manner that constitutes cheating.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings generated through an identified exploit are void and will be reclaimed from your Wallet.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at bengelbet staff or other Users via live chat or any other communication channel.

bengelbet monitors Platform activity continuously for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the User

You may request closure of your bengelbet Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bengelbet will process the request within 48 hours. Any Real Money balance remaining in your Wallet at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to KYC requirements being met. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

7.2 Closure by bengelbet

bengelbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The User has provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Suspicious financial activity or suspected money laundering has been detected.
• The User is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a legal, financial, or reputational risk to bengelbet.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

In line with our commitment to Responsible Gaming, bengelbet provides self-exclusion tools that allow Users to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from the Platform. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bengelbet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of Wagers, loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits — even if bengelbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bengelbet does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events (including acts of God, telecommunications failures, or government actions) may result in temporary Platform unavailability. bengelbet will not be liable for any losses arising from such interruptions.

8.1 Game Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game, live casino stream, or sports betting market — including but not limited to server errors, disconnections, or incorrect odds display — bengelbet reserves the right to void the affected Wagers and return the staked amount to the User's Wallet. No further liability or compensation will be accepted by bengelbet in connection with technical malfunctions.

8.2 Third-Party Content

Games on the bengelbet platform are provided by third-party software studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. bengelbet acts as a distributor of these games and is not responsible for the underlying software, random number generation, or game logic developed by these providers. 8.3 Indemnification
